Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, we will happily exchange it for a new, unused item.

To request a return or exchange, please email hinb2674@outlook.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 3790 N 28th Terrace, Hollywood, FL 33020.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.

The Plant Guy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
