All orders will be processed (orders processed and packaged) within 3-5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. This excludes weekends and holidays. If you place an order during peak periods (such as holidays), processing time may be slightly longer, and we will endeavor to notify you through website announcements.

We currently offer shipping services to the following countries and regions using reliable international express carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS):

European Free Trade Association (EFTA) member states (such as Switzerland and Norway)

United Kingdom (UK)

United States (US) and Canada (CA)

Please note that due to evolving international trade agreements and regulations, our shipping services to certain countries or regions may change at any time.

3. Shipping Options and Timeframes
Shipping times begin after the package is delivered to the carrier and do not include order processing time. The following are estimated times (in business days). Actual shipping times may be extended due to customs inspections at the destination, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your shipping address, the total weight, and dimensions of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost after entering your shipping address during checkout.

Free Shipping Policy: We occasionally offer free shipping to certain regions or for orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for announcements or promotions.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
For international orders (such as those from the EU to the UK or from the EU/UK to the US), import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Who Pays? As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all such charges to collect your package.

How Much? The amount of duties and taxes depends on the import regulations of your destination country and the value of the merchandise. We have no control over and cannot predict the exact amount of these charges.

How to Pay? Typically, the carrier or customs authorities will contact you upon arrival to pay these charges, or they will offer a "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) service. Some shipping methods may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—please select this option during checkout if available.

Important Note: We cannot prepay or cover these charges for any international orders. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order. Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in your package being detained, returned, or destroyed, for which we are not responsible and generally cannot provide a refund.

Shipments between the EU and the UK: Following Brexit, shipments between the EU and the UK are subject to customs formalities and may incur import Value Added Tax (VAT) and duties.

Shipments within the EU: Currently, shipments between EU member states are generally duty-free, but cross-border tax reporting requirements still apply.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package in real time on the carrier's official website.

7. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable conditions will be resent (at your expense) or refunded (minus onward shipping and handling charges). Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, based on our investigation, reship your package or provide a refund.

Uncollected Package: If multiple unsuccessful deliveries occur, your package may be held at your local post office or distribution center. Please promptly collect it according to the carrier's instructions. If your package is ultimately returned, we will reship it (at your expense) or refund your package (minus shipping and handling fees).
