We currently use reliable international courier services to ship to all European countries and territories. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Other European countries and territories (e.g., Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, and countries in the Balkan region, etc.)

Please note that our shipping services to certain specific countries or territories may be subject to change at any time due to evolving international trade agreements and regulations.

3. Delivery Options and Timeframes
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier and do not include order processing time. The following are estimated delivery times (in business days). Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances at the destination.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, the total weight, and the dimensions of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost by entering your address at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Policy: We occasionally offer free standard shipping for specific regions or orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for the latest announcements or promotions.

  • Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Fees
For international orders (e.g., from the EU to the UK, or from the EU to other European countries), import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Who Pays? As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all such charges to receive your parcel.

  • How Much? The amount of duties and taxes depends on your destination country's import regulations and the value of the goods. We have no control over and cannot predict the exact amount of these charges.

  • How to Pay? Typically, the carrier or customs authorities will contact you upon the item's arrival to request payment. Some shipping methods may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services – please select this option at checkout if available.

Important Note: For any international order, we cannot pre-pay or cover these charges. Please familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations before ordering. Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in your parcel being held, returned, or destroyed. We cannot be held responsible for this and are generally unable to offer refunds in such cases.

  • Shipments between the EU and the UK: Following Brexit, shipping goods between the EU and the UK requires customs formalities and may incur import VAT and duties.

  • Shipments within the EU: Currently, shipping between EU member states is generally duty-free but remains subject to cross-border tax reporting requirements.

  • Other European Countries: Shipping to European countries outside the EU/EFTA requires customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check your parcel's status on the carrier's official website.

7. Delivery Issues and Lost Parcels

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your provided shipping address is accurate and complete. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be re-sent (at your cost) or refunded (minus subsequent shipping and handling fees).

  • Lost or Damaged Parcel: If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us immediately via email. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, depending on the investigation outcome, will either reship your items or issue a refund.

  • Parcel Not Collected: If delivery attempts fail multiple times, your parcel may be held at your local post office or delivery centre. Please follow the carrier's instructions to collect it promptly. If your parcel is ultimately returned to us, we will re-dispatch it (at your cost) or issue a refund (minus the original and return shipping costs and handling fees).
